Hershey's Halloween Candy Sales Increase Despite Fewer Trick-Or-Treaters

HERSHEY, Pa. (KDKA) -- Trick-or-treating may have been down this year, but candy sales were up at Hershey's.

The chocolate maker credits marketing safe ways to celebrate Halloween as one reason for the growth.

The company also says e-commerce sales grew 80 percent last quarter.
