Health Dept. Cites Baldwin Twp. Restaurant For Sewage Violations

BALDWIN TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- A Baldwin Township restaurant was closed Wednesday, after inspectors from the Allegheny County Health Department cited the landlord for sewage violations.

According to the Health Department's website, inspectors this week found sewage in the driveway and basement of Amel's on McNeilly Road near Castle Shannon.

The restaurant owner and property owner hope to have the restaurant opened again later this week.

Plumbers first have to make necessary repairs.
