Gulf Tower In Downtown Pittsburgh Reopens To Tenants

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- One of Pittsburgh's prominent skyscrapers reopens today, nearly six months after being damaged by a fire.

Tenants will be able to enter the Gulf Tower once again.

The building's owner says all necessary City inspections were completed on Friday, and visitors and tenants can be welcomed back into the building.

Back in May, the building's electrical system failed, which sparked a fire.

The building was condemned until the needed repairs were finished.
