RICES LANDING, Pa. (KDKA) -- One person is in custody after law enforcement was on the scene of an incident in Greene County.

Crews were on Bayard Avenue in Rices Landing for hours on Thursday. According to KDKA's Erika Stanish, a tactical team surrounded a home, and officers were heard trying to communicate with those inside the residence.

The incident ended around 7:30 p.m. One person was taken into custody and two others were taken in for questioning.

"I saw an older gentleman run around the side of the house. I don't know if they tripped him, tased him or tackled him. I just saw him on the ground and I saw the lady and other gentleman come walking out between the houses and they were already in cuffs," witness Jacob Broadwater said.

Police said this incident started when officers showed up at the home to serve a warrant.

"The parties did not immediately exit the residence so a perimeter was established at approximately 1700 hours," trooper Jay Hundertmark said. "Our SERT unit began arriving on scene. It continued to hail the parties outside the residence. "

The police did not release any other information.
