His work-ethic and training are well-documented, but a new video lets you see things from his perspective.

GoPro held a private shoot earlier this year with several NHL stars to give fans a unique look at what it's like to be in the middle of the action.

Crosby participated and had GoPro cameras attached to his body and helmet.
