Get Marty: 2 Couples In Wedding Day Photo Nightmare Seek Help

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Two local newlywed couples who could not get their wedding pictures from photographers reached out to KDKA'S Get Marty.

John and Lynette Landskroener tried to get their wedding pictures for seven months.

"This has been just awful," says John Landskroener.

"Our photographer just wouldn't return our phone calls," says Lynette Landskroener.

Meanwhile, Leah and John Mizgalski got married more than 10 months ago and couldn't get their wedding pictures.

"Honestly, we did a Google search to see if our photographer died," says Leah Mizgalski.

"We thought our photographer might have been in the witness protection program," says John Mizgalski.

KDKA'S Get Marty contacted both photographers. Both couples told KDKA they were willing to take legal action in order to get their wedding pictures.

Within a few days of contacting the photographers both delivered the wedding pictures to the couples.

Truth is, experts recommend checking online reviews, the Better Business Bureau, and event planners before you hire a wedding photographer.
