Update: Missing Four-Year-Old Franklin County Girl Found Safe

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. (KDKA) -- State Police say a missing four-year-old girl in Franklin County has been found safe.

Pennsylvania State Police say Gemma Moats was last seen Wednesday around 7:30 p.m. on Pen Mar Road in Rouzerville.

Police started searching for the girl around 3:30 a.m. Thursday morning.
