Fragrance Free Day

PITTSBURGH (KDKA)- Women for a Healthy Environment are asking Pittsburgh companies and employees to go "Fragrance Free" on Tuesday.

They claim studies show certain cleaning products used in office settings can potentially trigger asthma symptoms and allergies.

Also, the group says products like colognes, perfumes and body sprays have been found to contribute to poor indoor air quality.

There will be free giveaways of "Fragrance Free" products in downtown Pittsburgh:

11 a.m.-1 p.m. in the lobbies of:

Fifth Ave. Place

One Oxford Centre

Two PPG Place

YWCA

City-County Building Portico
