Fountain Flows Again At Point State Park

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – It may be the clearest sign of warmer weather yet: the Point State Park fountain.

Today at noon, the fountain was turned on and will remain on for the rest of the season.

The fountain reopened last June after a 4-year-long facelift, costing more than $11 million.

The renovation left the fountain with new lighting.

And although the fountain may look refreshing, don't try to take a dip in it. Fines for violating the park rules could cost you anywhere from $5 to $300.
