Don't miss out on one of the region's largest fall festivals October 14-16! Fort Ligonier Days is a 3-day festival that commemorates the Battle of Fort Ligonier, a key engagement of the French and Indian War, fought on October 12, 1758. It also celebrates the beautiful valley, charming town, and its rich history dating back more than 250 years! This outstanding outdoor festival is celebrating its 57th year in 2016 and draws more than 100,000 visitors from all over the United States to the picturesque town of Ligonier! Visitors can check out the historical re-enactments, handmade crafts, food booths, free wine tasting, and much more! Live musical acts will also include Gashouse Annie Duo, Second Wind, Jeff Jimmerson and Airborne, Spinning Jenny, and more!
Also, be sure to wave to the Pittsburgh's CW Green Team, The Flash and Supergirl in the parade on Saturday at 11:00am! And feel free to take part in the 5K race on Sunday at 8:15am to end the weekend!
