Ford City Police: 'Dress Like A Clown, Plan On Meeting The Police'
FORD CITY (KDKA) -- Officers in Ford City are not messing around when it comes to recent clown sightings.
On Monday, the Ford City Police Department warned that they will be actively patrolling for clowns, even on Halloween.
"Due to the high volume of sightings all over the US, the Ford City Police will be proactively patrolling the streets and challenging anyone dressed up like a clown, including during Trick or Treating."
The ended the note with: "Dress up like a clown, plan on meeting the Police."

Some people responded negatively to the post.
"This is just an invitation for a pack of people dressed as clowns to descend on Ford City as far as I'm concerned. The pay day is just too easy," commented Chuck Pascal.
Anyone detained by the Ford City police for being (dressing as) a clown, please call me. I'm in need of making some very easy money. SMH
