Flooding Reported In Areas Of Western Pennsylvania, Warning Issued

WASHINGTON CO. (KDKA) -- A flood advisory has been issued for several counties in Western Pennsylvania.

Fayette County, Washington County, Allegheny County and Westmoreland County are all under a flood warning until midnight.
