Crews Called For Fire At Body Shop In Butler County

BUTLER COUNTY, Pa. (KDKA) -- Crews battled a large fire at a body shop just outside of Butler on Friday.

Hunter Truck Center and Body Shop on Route 38 in Summit Township went up in flames just after 5 p.m. Fifteen fire departments responded.

The assistant chief of the Lick Hill Volunteer Fire Department said flames were coming through the roof, and there were explosions because of what was inside the business.

The auto body shop is a well-known business that's been around for over 80 years.

No injuries or entrapment have been reported. Crews do not know what caused the fire.
