Fayette Co. Crash Leaves 1 Dead, 2 Injured

HENRY CLAY TOWNSHIP (KDKA) –One person was killed and two people were injured in a Fayette County crash Sunday afternoon.

According to police, the accident happened on State Route 40 in Henry Clay Township around 12:30 p.m.

A 2008 Nissan Titan traveling west crossed the center line and struck a 2007 Toyota Tacoma head-on.

The 46-year-old male driver of the Titan was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two women in the Tacoma, ages 42 and 33, were flown to Ruby Memorial Hospital for treatment. The extent of their injuries and conditions are unknown.

Names of all involved have not been released.
