A Pittsburgh Police spokesman tells KDKA that when investigators got on scene they found a man already dead, lying on the sidewalk.

That man was identified as 24-year-old Naekwon Wright. The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office reports that Wright died after he was shot multiple times.

"There are no other victims reported at this time," said Public Safety spokesman Maurice Matthews.

With several evidence markers on the road, officers blocked off Clifford Street while they investigated.

A spokesman tells KDKA, a dark-colored, smaller sedan was seen leaving the scene.

So far, no description of a suspect has been released.

The investigation is ongoing.
