1 Killed, 2 Injured In Fineview Shooting
FINEVIEW (KDKA) -- One man is dead and two other people are injured after a shooting that happened in Fineview early Sunday morning.
It happened around 12:35 a.m. in the 1700-block of Belleau Drive in Allegheny Dwellings.
Officers were sent to the scene for a report of shots fired.
According to police, a group of people was on a porch at the scene when multiple gunshots were fired. Police say there were at least two shooters, and shots were fired from the street and from a nearby hillside.
Three of the people on the porch were shot.
A 30-year-old man was hit multiple times and sent to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead. He was identified Sunday night as Ricardo Washington, Jr.
Two other people, a 26-year-old woman and a 30-year-old man, were also shot. The woman was shot in her foot and is in stable condition. The man sustained a gunshot wound to the chest. He was transported to Allegheny General Hospital, where police say he is in stable condition.
