Westmoreland Co. Crash Leaves 1 Dead, Another Injured
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – The passenger in a car was killed in Westmoreland County overnight.
Police say it happened around 1:30 a.m. Saturday in Donegal Township.
The car crashed into a tree at County Line and Rustic Ridge roads, killing 23-year-old Robert Ballance.
Police say Ballance was wearing a seat belt. The police report cites driving too fast as the reason for the crash.
The driver, 24-year-old Erik Anderson, was taken to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.
