A neighbor who didn't want to appear on camera indicated the people living inside the trailer had been doing some home improvements recently, but what -- if any -- role that may have played in the deadly fire is unknown.

The blaze is now under investigation by the state police fire marshal.

The Red Cross is assisting the others who also lived in the trailer.
