Family Of South Side Fall Victim Asks Judge To Halt Repairs At Site

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The family of a man who fell to his death near the West End have asked a court to stop repairs to the area.

22-year-old Brandon Boburka was walking along West Carson Street last week when a railing along the sidewalk gave way.

Boburka fell onto a gravel parking lot below.

According to KDKA's news partners at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Boburka's parents have now filed an injunction to stop repairs until evidence surrounding his fall can be collected.
