Entercom Pittsburgh Radio Stations Host 'Feed The Need' Radiothon To Provide Over 1.5M Meals For Those In Need

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A group of Entercom Pittsburgh radio stations are teaming up to raise money to help feed the hungry during the Coronavirus pandemic.

The group of stations, consisting of 93.7 The Fan, 100.7 Star FM, Y108, and 1020 KDKA AM, is hosting the fundraiser in hopes of providing 100,000 meals to those in need.

The Radiothon began at 7 a.m. today, Tuesday, April 14, and ran until 5 p.m.

During that time, enough funds were raised to provide over 1.5 million meals for people in need through the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank.
