Elevated Levels Of Legionella Found In Water System At 4 Schools In Fox Chapel Area District

FOX CHAPEL (KDKA) -- Legionella was found in the water system in schools within the Fox Chapel Area School District.

In a letter sent to parents, the district says that water samples showed elevated levels at Fairview, Kerr, and O'Hara Elementary Schools, as well as at the High School.

The district will open on Monday as scheduled.

Students should take their own water with them.
