Elderly Woman Loses Dog, 3 Cats In Lawrence Co. Fire
SLIPPERY ROCK TWP. (KDKA) -- An elderly woman escaped her burning Slippery Rock Township home, but lost her pets.
The fire broke out around 10 a.m. on Walnut Tree Lane.
The woman lives in the house alone and heard a crackling noise. She was able to escape uninjured.

One dog and three cats perished in the fire. The woman had lived in the home for 50 years.
The residence was a complete loss.
