Police Investigating East Pittsburgh Shooting

EAST PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Police are investigating after a shooting in East Pittsburgh on Saturday evening.

It happened around 7:45 p.m. in the 400 block of Center Street.

The victim was transported to a local hospital in an unknown condition.

Police were also at a scene at a Sunoco gas station nearby. The scene was cleared around 11 p.m.

Further details have not yet been released.

The Allegheny County Police's Homicide Unit has been requested to assist.
