Teen Critically Injured In East Hills Shooting

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Police are investigating after a late-night shooting in Pittsburgh's East Hills neighborhood.
It happened around 10:30 p.m. along Park Hill Drive.
When officers arrived, they found a 14-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the shoulder.
He was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
The victim told police someone emerged from a wooded area nearby and opened fire.
It's unclear what prompted the shooting.
