DUQUESNE (KDKA) -- One person was taken into custody after shattering a Port Authority bus window in Duquesne on Saturday night.

It happened just before 10 p.m. on Kennedy Avenue.

Police surrounded a Port Authority bus with a window that was shattered.

Initial reports indicated someone may have shot at the bus, but Port Authority officials say it was later determined that the window was shattered by a rock.

One person was taken into custody. It's unclear if charges will be filed.

Correction: This story was originally reported as a shooting. It has been updated to correct that the bus was struck by a rock, not by gunfire.
