Duquesne Light Launches "Power It Forward" Campaign
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Duquesne Light is kicking off the holiday season in a special way.
They flipped the switch on the holiday tree at Point State Park on Thursday night, and launched their new "Power It Forward" campaign.
On Friday, Nov. 18, Duquesne light will donate $5 to the Dollar Energy Fund for every person who interacts with them on social media.
The campaign lasts 24 hours.
In addition, volunteers will be downtown tomorrow morning handing out free coffee and hot chocolate.
