Driver Injured After Hitting Cow In Fayette County
LUZERNE TOWNSHIP (KDKA)- A Fayette County man is recovering after slamming into a cow along Bull Run Road.
The crash happened around 10 p.m. on Sunday in Luzerne Township.
State police say 19-year-old Michael Wilson, Jr. was driving north on Bull Run Road when he struck a cow standing in his lane.
The cow died at the scene. Wilson had to be flown by a medical helicopter to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital for treatment.
There is no word on where the cow wandered away from.
