1 Dead After Driver Of Car Hits Train In Washington County

MONONGAHELA, Pa. (KDKA) -- One person is dead after a crash involving a train and vehicle in Washington County.

Officials said the crash happened Saturday around 2:15 p.m. near the intersection of 4th and Railroad streets.

Police say the driver of the car attempted to cross the tracks in front of the train.

The driver was identified as 22-year-old Jaimyn Rauchfuss.
