Cyclist Dies At The Hospital After Being Hit By Unlicensed Driver In Brookline

BROOKLINE (KDKA) -- Police arrested a man they say hit a cyclist in Brookline.

The accident happened Sunday night near the intersection of Brookline Boulevard and Pioneer Avenue.

Police say an unlicensed driver hit 22-year-old Austin Fike just after 9:15 p.m.

Fike was unconscious at the scene and taken to Mercy Hospital in critical condition where he later died.

The investigation is still underway.
