Crosby To Play In World Championship With Team Canada
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Penguins star Sidney Crosby is going to play for Team Canada in the offseason.
CBSSports reports that Crosby will play with the team in the upcoming IIHF World Championship in the Czech Republic.
Many other NHL stars will also be playing in the tournament.
Additionally, if Crosby and the team win, he'll be in the "Triple gold Club," CBSSports writes, which includes players who have won a Stanley Cup, Olympic Gold and World Championship Gold.
