Credit Card Thief Caught On Camera

CARNEGIE (KDKA) - Police are on the hunt, hoping surveillance video will unmask a credit card thief.

Officers say the suspect hit several stores in Scott Township shopping center, charging over $1,000 worth of merchandise to just one of several stolen credit cards.

The man seen in the video is wearing a tan colored hat and red shoes.

Carnegie police say on New Year's Day, he went store to store in the Raceway Plaza South Shopping Center, charging items to stolen credit cards.

In most of the stores, he bought cartons of cigarettes. In Walmart, he is seen buying clothes and other items.

Officers say he was seen riding a bicycle, which leads them to believe he lives in the area. They are also looking for a woman who used the same stolen card.
