Crash Injures 2 Outside Hickory Twp. Volunteer Fire Station

HICKORY TWP. (KDKA) -- Two people were hurt Saturday in an accident outside the Hickory Township Volunteer Fire Station.

It happened around 6 p.m. near Harlansburg Road when a volunteer firefighter, in a personal pick-up truck, struck a car head on.

26-year-old volunteer firefighter Keith Hall was pulling into the firehouse. The driver of the struck car, 22-year-old Robert Iwanejko, and his 36-year-old sister, Priscilla Masello were flown by medical helicopter to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Ohio for medical treatment.

Hall was transported to UPMC Jameson in New Castle.
