Mormon Temple Being Planned For Cranberry Township

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP (KDKA) - Mormons in the Pittsburgh area will have a place of worship in the near future.
Renderings of a temple that is planned to be built next to an existing church facility on Powell Road were released.
Right now, the closest temple for Mormons in Pittsburgh is a four-hour drive to Washington D.C.
