Police Investigating Crafton Heights Shooting That Left Man Injured

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Police are investigating after a man was shot in Crafton Heights overnight.

It happened on Woodlow Street around 2:25 a.m.

Police say the 31-year-old man was shot in the back.

The man allegedly came to the aid of a woman who had been fighting with another woman. While helping her, police say two men trying to help the other woman shot him.

The man was taken to Allegheny General Hospital in stable condition.
