NEW GALILEE (KDKA) -- A former councilman in Beaver County is facing animal cruelty charges after allegedly running over stray cats with his vehicle.
Home security video allegedly shows Frank Pagani, Jr. hitting the cats with his truck.
Pagani, Jr. resigned from the New Galilee council after the footage was posted online.
