Triple Shooting Leaves 2 Dead, 1 Injured In Connellsville

CONNELLSVILLE (KDKA) – Police are investigating a Tuesday night triple shooting that left two people dead and another injured in Fayette County.

The incident was first reported around 8:30 p.m. in the 300 block of Hill Street in Connellsville.

Police were initially called to 65-year-old George Rohal's home for a report of shots being fired.

When they arrived, they found three shooting victims.

Nicole Kinneer, 37, was pronounced dead at the scene. Darren Ruvo, 36, was transported to Highlands Hospital, where he later died.

Rohal was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital, but his condition is unknown.

Connellsville Police said early Wednesday morning that no arrests had been made in connection with the shooting.

Authorities were not yet saying what prompted the shooting.
