City Of Pittsburgh Has Distributed Over 60,000 Meals To Children And Seniors Since Start Of Coronavirus Pandemic

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The City of Pittsburgh is continuing to provide relief to vulnerable communities during the Coronavirus pandemic.

On Friday, the City announced that they distributed 2,300 meals to seniors and 2,142 to children this week, for a total of 4,442 meals. Since March, city officials say that 60,417 meals have been distributed to children and seniors.

The City says this work was done with the help of the Salvation Army and other partners.
