Charlie Morton Hurt Again, Will Miss Start Vs. Brewers On Sunday

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) - After pitching five shutout innings against the Boston Red Sox on Tuesday night, Pirates starter Charlie Morton will be forced to miss his next turn in the rotation.

Morton experienced increased discomfort near the end of his last start and again during his bullpen session on Thursday.

Morton will have a follow-up exam next week at which point a new course of action will be determined.

Taking Morton's turn in the rotation on Sunday against the Milwaukee Brewers will be Vance Worley.
