CONNELLSVILLE (KDKA) -- Three people, including two juveniles, are charged with damaging property and stealing items from the Youghiogheny River Bike Trail in Connellsville.

The vandalism took place back on June 28.

At the time, police said someone broke into the Red Caboose Welcome Center, stole the donation box, broke a table, and tried to set visitor pamphlets on fire on the floor.

On Monday, an arrest warrant was issued for 19-year-old Caleb Bittner. He faces several charges, including disorderly conduct and theft.

According to the Herald-Standard, two 14-year-olds, a girl and a boy, were also charged in the case. Their cases will be heard in juvenile court.

Police say it will cost more than $600 to repair the damage the three caused.
