Police Seize Heroin From Local Man In Buy Bust Operation

CECIL TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- Local police and a drug task force seized 35 stamp bags of heroin, along with cash and paraphernalia, from an Upper St. Clair man in a buy bust operation Friday.

Police have charged 29-year-old Christopher Daugherty of Upper St. Clair with felony possession with intent to deliver heroin and possession of heroin, a misdemeanor. The Washington County Drug Task Force and the Cecil Township Police Department conducted the operation on Friday and seized 35 stamp bags of heroin, cash and paraphernalia from Daugherty when he arrived at Millers Run Road to sell a brick of heroin.

Daugherty was committed to the Washington County Correctional Facility on a $10,000 straight-cash bail.
