CBS NFL Columnist Lists Steelers' Issues Heading Into Camp

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) - CBS Sports Senior NFL columnist Pete Prisco gave his two bits on the Steelers' areas of concern, as well as the issues all 32 teams face, with Training Camp less than a week away.

Here is what Prisco includes about the Steelers:

The Steelers have a new defensive coordinator with Dick LeBeau gone to Tennessee and Keith Butler taking over. He is faced with a tough challenge to try and improve the secondary, especially outside. Cortez Allen, who was benched last season, needs a bounce-back year at one spot. Second-round pick Senquez Golson and fourth-round pick Doran Grant will get good looks in camp to see if they can play right away. They need them to be ready as quickly as possible.

Elsewhere around the AFC North, Prisco most prominently questions how the Baltimore Ravens will adapt to new offensive coordinator Marc Trestman's spread-out offense, especially without downfield target Torrey Smith, who elected to sign with the San Francisco 49ers in free agency.

Prisco notes that all the pressure in the division sits atop the Cincinnati Bengals, who have appeared in the playoffs in each of the last four years but haven't once advanced. And the Cleveland Browns could have yet another quarterback battle, this time between Johnny Manziel and 14-year journeyman Josh McCown.
