CBS Columnist Gary Parrish: Pitt Has Final Four Potential

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) -- CBS Sports college basketball columnist Gary Parrish joined The Fan Morning Show on Wednesday to offer his take on the season that Pitt basketball has had and on their prospects for success as March approaches.

Parrish feels that Pitt deserves credit for not getting upended by any bad teams just as they deserve criticism for failing to beat any top-tier teams.

He told the guys that he still thinks Pitt has Final Four potential, despite the fact that they haven't knocked off a strong opponent.

He finds it difficult to ignore their impressive efficiency stats, and he noted that once you get that first big win, it becomes easier to start racking up more of them.
