Distracted Driver Crashes Into Carrick Building

CARRICK (KDKA) -- A distracted driver crashed into a vacant building in Carrick on Saturday night.
It happened just after 8:30 p.m. on Brownsville Road near the Shop 'n Save.
According to the Department of Public Safety, the driver became distracted for unknown reasons and crashed his SUV into the building.
A woman who was walking nearby witnessed the crash.
"The truck ... came flying down. He hit the curb, wheel pops and he just went flying into the old-- what was Citizens Bank, crashing through the wall," the witness said.
One other person was in the vehicle at the time of the crash.
No one was injured.
