CARNEGIE (KDKA) - On Tuesday, Carlylton School District teachers came together to show their students they missed them.
Escorted by Carnegie Borough VFD firefighters, EMS and Carnegie Police officers, dozens of teachers waved hello to their students.
SO COOL! Members of the @CarnegieBorough Volunteer Fire Department, Carnegie Police Department, and teachers from the @CarlyntonSchool, drove through #Carnegie area neighborhoods with messages of hope, telling students how much they miss them. ❤️ pic.twitter.com/XxBejeGYhT

The parade was their way of seeing the students they haven't seen in weeks and a chance to let them know they're thinking about them.
The teachers even held up signs, and had messages of hope written on the sides of their cars.
