Carnegie Police: Missing Woman Found In Philadelphia

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Carnegie Police say a missing woman with special needs has been located in Philadelphia.

Elizabeth "Betsy" Yeager had not been seen since she left her home Sunday around 10:30 a.m.

Police said Yeager suffers from Dyslexia and has limited reading and writing skills.

Police say they received several tips and one led them to her location in Philadelphia.

She was found safe.
