PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- It's called Carjojo.
It's a service that has full-time experts negotiate with dealerships for you.
Users pay $200 for the service.
They can either have an expert do all the talking, or use their information to haggle by themselves.
The program touts an average $1,500 difference from what the dealership offers from what past users have paid.
