If you want to land one of the best jobs out there, you may want to focus more on numbers than letters.

Career Cast is out with its best jobs of 2016.

The findings are based on the job environment, income and other stress factors.

Number one on the list is data scientist, followed by statistician and information security analyst.

On the flip side, Career Cast said the worst job for the third straight year is newspaper reporter, followed by logger. More content moving to digital means less demand for paper.

The third worst is broadcaster.
