Car Crashes Into Tractor-Trailer Near Squirrel Hill Tunnel

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- One person was taken to the hospital after a vehicle accident early Monday morning.

Police say it happened on the outbound side of the Squirrel Hill Tunnel around 2 a.m.

The vehicle appears to have hit the back of a tractor-trailer.

Witnesses say the driver of the car was speeding.

The car was towed from the scene.
