Jury Finds Calvin Alston Guilty For 2018 Murder Of Woman On The North Side

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - A jury has found a man guilty of murdering a woman on the North Side.

The jury deliberated for three hours before convicting Calvin Alston for the murder of Vera Williams Butler in 2018.

Alston shot her outside of her home on Luray Street in Perry South.

He is scheduled to be sentenced at a later date.
