Woman Rescued From Rollover Crash In Butler Co.

OAKLAND TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- A woman was rescued from her vehicle following a rollover accident Wednesday night in Butler County.

The crash was first reported around 7:10 p.m. in the 900 block of Oneida Valley Road, near Hohn Farm Road, in Oakland Township.

According to state police, the car was headed north when it traveled off the road, hit an embankment and a tree and flipped onto its driver's side. It then continued to slide along the side of the road, hitting several more trees.

The driver, who state police identify as 56-year-old Kathy Stutler of Chicora, became trapped inside.

Firefighters were able to pull her from the car and she was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital to get checked out. She was not seriously hurt.

Several emergency responders were called to the scene of the crash.

It's unclear how the crash happened at this time.

State police in Butler continue the investigation.
